Vermont Campaign for Health Care Security Education Fund Board of Directors Mark Hage is the Member Benefits Director of the Vermont-National Education Association, a voluntary membership organization of 11,000 Vermont teachers and education support professionals. As Member Benefits Director, he co-manages a statewide health insurance and wellness trust for public and private school employees, the Vermont Education Health Initiative (VEHI), which is the largest health insurance trust in the state, serving 40,000 people. Richard Davis is the Executive Director of the Vermont Citizens Campaign for Health, based in Brattleboro. VCCH is a statewide grassroots health care reform advocacy coalition representing diverse social, political, economic and community groups. Its efforts focus on the goal of creating a health care system that is universally accessible and affordable. Jennifer Wallace Broduer is the Acting State Director, AARP Vermont, a nonprofit organization of people 50 and older, dedicated to addressing their needs and interests in Vermont. Mark Blum is the Managing Director of America's Agenda: Health Care for All a nonprofit research and public education organization established with the mission of carrying out public education, leadership training, and research activities related to achieving affordable, high quality health care for all Americans. Susan Sherry is the Deputy Director of Community Catalyst which works in partnership with consumer and community groups nationally to promote health care justice. The staff of policy analysts, attorneys, organizers, and organizational development specialists advocate on behalf of consumers in both small community settings and high profile court cases. |
